Jillian Reyna

Project Coordinator for NA Product Development Consumer Team
Jillian is a Project Coordinator for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. She began her career with Goodyear over four years ago in 2016 as a development engineer and then moved to a Project Coordinator position for North America Consumer Product Development. Over the past year, Jillian earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. While working as a development engineer, Jillian was a member of the Tread & Cavity design team, responsible for designing new and innovative tread patterns. She worked with the consumer replacement market, on the All-Terrain team. Jillian has earned four design patents for the different tread patterns that she co-invented.
Jillian has gotten involved at Goodyear beyond her work; she is a member of the Employee Resource Group 'NextGeneration Leaders' and serves on the Executive Board as the Vice President. She also has serves on the STEM Career Day Planning Committee as the Scholarship Chair. Jillian is also very active in the community -- she serves as the Permanent Secretary and Director of Social Media and Communications for the Omega Alumnae Chapter of Alpha Gamma Delta, at The University of Akron. She also serves as the Co-Chair for the Alpha Gam Jewel Ball, which is an annual fundraising event to raise money for Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation. In addition, she is a graduate of the 2020 class of Torchbearers Akron and still an active member today.
Jillian Roth Reyna is a proud University of Akron alumna who graduated in Spring 2016 with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Applied Mathematics Minor, and Engineering Sales Certificate. She graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors from the Williams Honors College. While studying at Akron, Jillian was very involved on campus. She was a student-athlete on the Cross Country and Track and Field teams for all five years. Through her participation in athletics, she also was a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Council and became president her Senior year. Jillian was also involved with sorority life, as a sister of Alpha Gamma Delta. She held various leadership positions including Ritual Coordinator, Alumnae Relations Coordinator, and Public Relations Coordinator. Her involvement in Greek Life led her to the Greek Honoraries, where she served on the board of all three; Gamma Sigma Alpha, Order of Omega, and Rho Lambda. Jillian was selected as the Homecoming Queen for The University of Akron in 2014. Since becoming an alumna, Jillian was selected as one of the five panelists for the 2019 '5 Under 35' event put on by the UA Alumni Association and the University Ambassadors.
