Kathy has over 20 years of experience in leading human resource teams, business operations, and organization-wide change initiatives. She has a variety of industry experience in healthcare, high-tech, and professional services, within small and mid-sized companies. She facilitates positive change through people, systems, and processes, which produces more collaborative teams, increased productivity, higher employee engagement, improving overall organizational effectiveness. 

Kathy works with small business owners, leadership teams, as well as individual clients, helping them to establish a vision,   align with purpose, and execute a plan to achieve results. 

A mom to two kids (and a great dane!), Kathy enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and working on home projects. In her spare time, you can find her running races around Northeast Ohio. She believes in developing the next generation of leaders and supporting the advancement of women. She volunteers with Soroptimist International of Cleveland, helping to economically empower young girls and women through education.
