Erin has worked in a variety of roles at the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company since 2004. She has defined her career as a strategic and innovative leader, with the ability to set strategy and lead a diverse team to deliver on corporate growth initiatives. Erin enjoys taking on new challenges and building things from scratch. She was a key leader in building Goodyear’s New Business Innovation capability from the ground up. Today, she leads Goodyear’s New Venture team, focused on building solutions for the future of mobility, across the FACE trends (Fleets, Autonomous, Connected, Electric). New Ventures includes four Innovations Labs globally (San Francisco, Akron, Luxembourg and Shanghai) to connect, prototype and pilot with emerging customers, start-ups and others transforming the mobility ecosystem. In addition, the New Ventures team includes Goodyear Ventures and AndGo by Goodyear. Goodyear Ventures is Goodyear’s corporate investment fund, launched in 2020, committing $100M to future mobility start-ups and technologies over the next 10 years. AndGo is Goodyear’s seamless fleet servicing platform for connected mobility fleets, providing full vehicle readiness for car sharing companies such as Turo, Envoy and Borrow. Erin began her career at Goodyear as a Materials Development Engineer, utilizing machine learning techniques to predict performance of tire materials. She then led the Materials Testing organization and implemented lean concepts to drive efficiencies and deliver testing results on-time. Erin has an MBA from the University of Akron and a Bachelors in Science and Engineering in Chemical Engineering from The University of Michigan. She lives with her husband and two sons in Medina, OH.
